Too often we see vendors misguiding customers, mis-selling products and overall providing a far from acceptable service. This gives the industry a bad name and is something we are trying to make a stand against. In order to do this, we have created the EASYLOVE 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – giving all of our customers peace of mind when shopping with us.

What is the EASYLOVE 100% Satisfied Gaurantee?

We offer a guarantee on every product purchased from us. In order to protect our customers and give peace of mind, we created the guarantee to ensure you know you are buying from a trust UK supplier. In short, if there is a mistake with your order, any defects or any other problems, we will either fix the issue or replace the doll. it’s that simple.

Am I automatically covered?

As soon as you buy any product from us, you are automatically covered by the SSW 100% Satisfied Guarantee. There is no need to opt in, purchase a specific value product or anything other long winded process. As long as you have bought your product from us and we have record of this, you are covered.

How do you minimise any issues?

Unlike most vendors, our dolls go through a strict quality control process. That involves us checking the dolls via images and video whilst in the factory to catch any first line issues. After this, the doll is sent to us where it is physically inspected. Again, any issues are rectified before being sent to the customer. This means the doll goes through 2 rounds of checks before it even reaches the end user.

Is this not normal across all UK vendors?

You would expect that given the value of the product you are buying, all vendors in the UK would offer the same sort of guarantee, sadly they don’t. As 95% of the vendors who market themselves as being in the UK are actually abroad, it means your doll does not go through a quality control system and is shipped directly to the customer without the vendor even seeing the doll. In this case the vendor would not be aware of any defects.

How does the guarantee work?

When you receive the doll you must inspect it from head to toe before using. This is very important. If you find that there is an issue with your doll or damage, report it to us within 24 hours here.
It is also important to include as much detail as possible including any images and videos, in which case email us at service@easylove.co.uk.We can then work to resolve the issue.

If I use the doll am I still covered?

In order for us to offer an exchange on the doll or repairs, you must ensure that the doll is in “new” condition, as it arrived. Any sexual contact with the doll will show up under our security checks and we will not be able to offer an exchange. We have very strict hygiene regulations to follow. If you have used the doll however, we can still help to try and fix any issues you have.

What is not covered under the guarantee?

Skin imperfections – very minor skin imperfections are quite normal on sex dolls as the TPE is injected into the moulds. These should be viewed as characteristics of your doll rather than defects. Any major defect would be spotted prior to you receiving the doll and rectified.

Finger & Toe Nails – The nails on the dolls can often become loose during shipping as a light amount of nail glue is used to ensure they can be removed by the user, painted and reattached should you wish. If they are loose simply remove them at re-apply with the nail glue.

Eyelashes – As you will see when ordering the doll, they arrive with a protective eye mask to protect the delicate eye area of the face. If they do become loose, simply use TPE safe eyelash and nail glue to reattach them.

Make up differences – every single doll that is made has been custom created and the makeup applied to the face. In which case every doll will be unique and differ slightly. Should there be a substantial difference, we will spot it in quality control before the doll reaches the customer.

Used dolls – as above, any dolls which have been used will not be eligible under the guarantee.

User damage – If any damage is deemed to be suspicious and a customer created issue, this will not be covered. This covers areas such as hyper extending of limbs etc. We reserve the right in this instance to no longer honor the guarantee.

Price matching -We pride ourselves on our service and competitive pricing – it is what makes us stand out from the crowd.If you have seen the same doll elsewhere please let us know and we would be happy to price match where applicable. In some cases, you will see dolls which appear to be exactly the same but £100’s cheaper – in these instances we will explain why we cannot price match – buyer beware, those dolls are fake copies of the genuine article and will very quickly end up on the scrapheap.
