Your EASYLOVE doll is custom made just for you at our factory, from the specific doll options you have chosen. As this is a custom product created just for you, once production of your custom doll has begun your order may not be cancelled for any reason.
Some of the options shown on the website may not be applicable to your product, in which case they will not be included on your doll. The wigs shown on the website in some cases are used for photographic purposes. In all cases we will match the wig you have selected as closely as possible.
Images of your doll will be sent through prior to shipping. In this period you can request small changes. Should we not have a reply within a 24 hour period, it will be deemed you are happy with the product and the doll will begin the shipping process.
Delays can occur due to customs checks – in these instances we are not responsible for the delay. By placing an order on our website you accept that delays may happen from time to time and the delivery time is only an estimate until the doll has cleared customs, after which we will provide you with a firm delivery date.
In some instances, during extremely busy periods we will ship the doll direct to the customer.
Returns are accepted only if you have received an incorrect item due to our error, or a defective item. In which case we are happy to pay for the return shipping, fix or replace the item at no additional charge and ship it back to you. (standard production and shipping times apply).
You have 1 calendar day after package delivery date to report any problem. Please inspect your doll as soon as she arrives.
Sex dolls are sex toys and are not returnable for any reason if used.
